Having spent 15 years in Higher Education in the United States as an administrator and psychology instructor, he learned to have an adaptable mindset that seeks to solve real-world problems. In recent years, he has focused on helping families work through some of their biggest challenges, including teen stress, anxiety, and sadness.

When not working and hanging out with his family, he loves to dance Lindy Hop and Blues.

Ivy has more than 16 years of managerial experience in International Corporations and listed companies and also has expertise in self-healing and relationship-building. She is a Licensed Psychological Counselor as well as a certified NLP practitioner.  

In recent years, Ivy has focused on parenting and early childhood education, especially relationship development between parents and children. You may have already seen one of her Video Blogs related to parenting. Major mainland China media companies have ranked her as a Key Opinion Leader and a Top 10 Parenting Blogger.

Greg is a Shanghai-based entrepreneur with two decades of expertise in China's Food and Beverage industry. He is also an expert in scaling businesses. As CEO of Sino-Taste, he brings a wealth of experience providing exceptional customer service strategies and extensive knowledge of the greater APAC Region. Greg lives and works in Shanghai, China.

With decades of international business experience as Director of Fashion Rocks-Worldwide, Greg Rogers serves as a mentor and guide on the RCG Board of Advisors. In particular, his expertise in building strong corporate relationships in the Asia Pacific region is incredibly valuable, having served in Senior Executive positions for both Disney and MCA in the APAC region. He has also served as the Film Music Group's CEO and the Big Group's Director. Greg lives and works in London, England.

Dr. Patrick Rogers is the Vice President of Mission Integration for LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, having previously served at Georgetown University for nearly a decade as their Director of University Mission. He has expertise in areas of professional supervision and leadership advancement. He has served in various leadership roles in higher education in the United States and internationally and has decades of experience providing workshops, training, and keynotes. He consults with the team on matters related to large-scale, transformative masterclasses, retreats, and workshops. Dr. Rogers lives and works in Syracuse, New York.
