Rolling With Resistance Workshop, May 2024
Maryland Department of Labor
When we work with Customers who are resistant or ambivalent, we have choices to make. Will we choose to combat the resistance or roll with it? The dedicated staff of the Maryland Department of Labor are learning techniques for "cooperative resistance" that can be used in their incredibly important work with those seeking employment or reemployment. It was a delight to work with them!

This gathering of over 70 young leaders from International Schools in Guangdong Province met to learn and practice new skills, such as how to present with confidence, innovative problem-solving, and working through team conflict. There was also time to make concrete and workable plans for their immediate and long-term futures. Working with so many talented young people and their mentors is inspiring.

Continental International
Continental is one of the largest and most successful companies in the world. One reason for this is that they invest in training for their Senior Leadership Teams so that they can become powerful, and influential, communicators. I'm proud to have served them for several years.
Parenting Programs (September 2022-July 2023)
Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong (DCSP)
One foundation of our mission is to work with the parents of International School students and walk alongside them to deliver strategies, resources, and community. Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is at the forefront of this movement. RCG provides three parenting workshops a week for all Dulwich parents in focused, age-appropriate cohorts where there is a balance of lectures, role play, and activities.
